FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Michelle is a seasoned presenter, facilitator, and design coach. Her expertise for collaborative design and equity-focused leadership spans over two decades, having worked with both national and international clients. Michelle is an enthusiastic and creative design partner whose expertise is anchored in diversity, equity, and inclusion alongside of research, data-informed decision making, and on-the-ground systems-integration.

Michelle holds a bachelor of arts in Research and Policy, from San Francisco State University and a master’s degree in Leadership Development from Mills College, including postgraduate research in equity-centered assessments and evaluations.

Michelle is a national and international college instructor, and is also the founder and executive director of the Center of Gravity, DEI and STEM focused lab-schools located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
